Refund policy
Due to the nature of the product, KLAE does not currently accept returns.
Damaged Items: When your order arrives, please inspect your order for any damage that may occur during shipment. It is normal for the shipping container to show some wear during the shipping process, however, if damage has occurred to the products, contact customer service immediately via email (info@klaehairofficial.com).
Defective Items: Please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To qualify for replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be unused or minimally used
- Photo or video proof may be required
Because of the nature of our products and packaging, we are unable to replace items reported outside of the 30-day window.
